- 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee You may return any unopened & unused product within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety) For health & hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used perfume bottles/oils
- Trial packs (5ml) once seal is broken
- Couple Boxes if the game cards or any item inside is opened/used

How to Request a Return
- Email us at care@kayasutra.in within 7 days of receiving your order
- Mention your Order Number & reason (optional)
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label (within India)
- Pack the product securely in original packaging, attach the label & hand over to our courier partner

Refund Timeline
- Once we receive the returned product in original condition, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Money will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, COD refunds via bank transfer)
- Damaged / Wrong Product If you receive a damaged, leaking or wrong item – send photos to care@kayasutra.in within 48 hours. We will arrange free pickup + full refund or replacement immediately.
- Discreet Packaging All orders & returns are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging – your privacy is 100% protected.
